| This executive home has been equipped and furnished to the highest standards. It was completed in March 2000 and has a large lounge area, dining area, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - 2 are ensuite. The home is Alarmed for your security, and smoke detectors and child alarms on doors leading to the pool area. Private Screened Pool with gas heating available at an extra cost. Area around garden has been fenced in for privacy. Sleeps up to 8 people in comfort. The living room is set at the heart of the villa with the dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and pool all going off in different directions. As well as a focal point for your group this is a good place to sit down and recount your tales or make those plans for tomorrow. The spacious living area has a three seater settee, a loveseat and a single seat. The settee can be converted to a double bed (linen is provided). The entertainment unit consists of a large Cable Television, a Video, a CD HiFi and a Nintendo 64 complete with games. There are various children's video tapes and several board games, building bricks and a child's play cube. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and a separate dining area where the whole family can eat. There is everything that you could possibly need for your stay. An excellent location ensures our pool area enjoys the sunshine from early morning until sundown. The villa comes complete with a set of high quality pool furniture for you to relax on. There is a recessed area (lanai) which is undercover. A cool box for drinks and plastic glasses are provided. The pool area is surrounded by a 2m fence. All entrances to the pool area from the Villa are alarmed for the safety of younger guests. All towels and linen are provided for use within the Villa. As well as the kitchen this area also has a breakfast table where you can start your day in the sunshine.The villa has a separate dining area where the whole family can eat. If you decide to eat in then there is plenty of room in the dining area. This is initially set for 6 places but this can be added to by using chairs from the breakfast table. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, Dressing Table, Remote control cable TV with built in vcr, Clock Radio and Telephone. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool. There is an en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, a bathtub and a large walk in shower. The bathroom also gives access to a walk in wardrobe. The second Master Bedroom has a Queen bed. There is Dressing Table, a remote control cable tv with built in vcr and a clock radio. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. There are two other rooms each with twin beds and there is a third bathroom in the villa located between these room. |
